Since our orders are sent to you as soon as possible, we can’t cancel orders within two business days of the transaction: those items will probably have posted. If it’s been three days, give us a call and we’ll look into it for you. However, if the shipping process has already begun, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
Can’t cancel the order? You may be able to return the item, provided it’s in line with our return policy. For quick response regarding an order-in-process, we do recommend calling us as opposed to contacting us through email.
You can track the whereabouts of your item(s) using our Order Status page. Should you encounter an error in doing so, or if you have not received your order within five business days of its estimated delivery, please call or email us immediately. We will endeavor to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
From time-to-time, our most popular items will sell out fast, forcing some orders to be temporarily placed on backorder until they’re replenished. Should you purchase an item on backorder, we’ll contact you immediately with options on filling the order.
