International Shipping - Including Canada

We ship most of our products internationally - just check the shipping options we provide when you’re viewing the product’s information. Because exchange rates change every day, all price quotes are given US dollars, and do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees, which are billed separately.

International shipping charges may not be calculated automatically, although you’ll still be allowed to place your order regardless. We will store your order info until we confirm the cost of shipping but keep in mind that manual calculations can take no less than 48 hours, but no more than 72. We’ll email you the amount we calculate during that time period and, pending your approval of course, proceed to charge your card. You must confirm and accept before we will go ahead with completing the transaction and charging your credit card.

Unless shipped to an APO or FPO, we require a physical street address for shipping as we don’t deliver to PO boxes.

Make sure the product is available for international shipping before purchasing and sending to an APO or FPO address. These orders are sent by USPS, which requires additional postage costs.

Orders with an APO or FPO address can be processed only if the product lists availability for international shipping. These orders are shipped via USPS, for which there is an additional charge.

When you get your package:

Be sure to open and inspect the contents at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt to ensure that all pieces of item(s) are correct and accounted for. Should you notice a discrepancy with part of your order, you may still accept and note the shortage on the receipt when you sign for the package. Then, immediately contact us and we’ll locate the missing product(s) for you.

If your package or product is damaged:

We certainly don’t anticipate this but sometimes a fragile item can be damaged during delivery. If you find this is the case, you may refuse to accept the delivery and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then, notify us immediately of the refusal. If only some of the package is damaged, you may still accept the order as long as you are sure to record the damage on the delivery receipt from the carrier, and then contact us immediately (during business hours). We will endeavor to replace the item if possible, and will do so swiftly and at no charge to you at all.

If you’ve noted any damage on the carrier’s receipt, please ask for a copy, and make a note of the carrier’s name and truck number so it’s easy to track it back to the appropriate warehouse or vendor. If you don’t notice damage until after delivery, contact us immediately so we can find a solution as soon as possible.
